About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and excel in requirement gathering and documentation. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including network management, operations, finance, IT and other internal / external stakeholders, connecting the dots with the different user journeys and ability to translate the business needs into feasible solutions for business to achieve the business goals and efficiency.Roles and Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate this into a functional documentation.
Ensure business requirements align with business needs and gain stakeholder approval.
Ensure technical documentation prepared by IT align with the functional documentation.
Identify interdependencies and shape end-to-end business processes and requirements for solution design.
Assist in solution design, system development and testing, training, UAT, and other relevant activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the ongoing business expansion and process optimization efforts.

Minimum Job Requirements:
University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
8 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of insurance related processes and ecosystems
Experience with medium to large-scale delivery of a project in a tight timeframe
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Proven cross-functional collaboration and solution delivery experience
Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Excellent communication skills to convey business needs to technology teams
