About your future job

As a Business Analyst in the defense sector, you will operate at the intersection of technology, operations and strategic decision-making within a highly complex, fast-paced, and security-driven environment.

You will work alongside procurement, industry, engineering, program, and project teams to translate operational challenges into structured business requirements and data-backed insights. As a Business Analyst, your role would involve collaborating with stakeholders on all levels of the organization to understand and analyze business needs, gathering and interpreting data to inform decision-making, and contributing to the development of strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate strategic needs into clear business and system requirements for cross-functional teams.Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions that improve resilience, agility, and readiness.Analyze operational, logistical, and technical data to support program and capability development.Work closely with stakeholders across different environments and levels to support project lifecycle from concept through execution.Contribute to risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations.
