Role and Responsibilities:

Analyze the challenges and specific needs of the insurance sector, focusing on one or more functional areas, to propose effective and sustainable solutions. Ensure that the proposed solutions optimally meet the requirements of stakeholders while ensuring alignment with operational needs. Serve as a key point of contact between project/maintenance teams and business departments, ensuring that data and functional specifications are considered throughout the project lifecycle.

Functional and Business Analysis: Ability to understand and translate business needs into tailored functional solutions. Project Management: Ability to manage end-to-end IT solution projects, both strategic and operational. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders (business teams, technical teams, etc.) and ability to lead meetings and workshops. Analysis Tools: Data management skills (Excel, SQL, etc.). Information Systems Knowledge: Understanding of banking information systems and related technologies. Insurance Industry Knowledge (a plus).

Academic Background:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a college diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Languages:
