Business Analyst – Market research

We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our **Nordic Consulting & Analytics Solutions team** . Based in Estonia, you will work closely with experienced consultants and analysts across the Nordics, contributing to **real healthcare market research projects with tangible impact** . If you are curious, analytical, and motivated by meaningful work in healthcare, this role gives you the opportunity to grow into a consultant while working on complex, real-world business questions. **What you will do** As a Business Analyst, you will support and contribute to qualitative and quantitative market research projects across the Nordic region. Responsibilities typically include: + Supporting **primary and secondary market research** among healthcare providers, decision-makers, and other stakeholders + Preparing and assisting with **in-depth interviews** (interview guides, documentation, analysis, and synthesis) + Analyzing and interpreting data to turn insights into **clear findings and actionable recommendations** + Contributing to **client-ready reports, presentations, and workshop materials** + Collaborating closely within project teams to ensure **high-quality and timely delivery** + Supporting senior team members in **client interactions, project coordination, and proposal preparation** + Building professional and respectful relationships with healthcare stakeholders + Taking a **proactive role in learning** healthcare markets, research methods, and consulting skills **About you** We are looking for someone early in their career who is motivated to grow and take ownership.
