We are currently searching for a Business Analyst – HR & Success Factor to be based in Seraing, Belgium (Head Office) and work in a 3 - month contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst specializing in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and SAP technical teams (Enterprise Applications department) to analyze, define, and contribute to the implementation SF solutions that address business needs. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting SF implementations, upgrades, and customizations to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be part of HR department reporting to Head of HR process office. A Business Analyst for SuccessFactors (SF) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, especially in organizations that use SAP systems. Below is a general job description for this role:
Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define requirements for SF systems. Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and SF capabilities. Ensure the right business priorities are defined/agreed in the sector (sponsor/advocate of the final priorities). Solution Design: Assist Enterprise applications (EA Team) in designing SF solutions that meet business needs, focusing on modules such as SF EC, LMS, Recruitment, Reward, Development, Performance and Goal, or others as relevant with a focus on the use of standard functionalities provided by SAP SF. Testing & Validation: support proper testing of SAP SF solutions, including user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and functionality. Training and Documentation: Provide training to key-users and end- users on new SAP SF features and processes. Support comprehensive documentation for system changes and updates. Change Management: Lead the change management process by guiding stakeholders through SAP SF system updates and optimizations with the support of relevant ITBP. Troubleshooting & Support: Address issues and challenges with SAP SF modules, providing continuous support post-implementation to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance as a LO in support model. Collaboration: Partner with HR Team, EA team, SAP consultants, project managers, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP SF solutions on time and within scope.
  Skills and Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. SAP certification(s) preferred. (Relevant experience would be assessed versus education) Languages: Fluent in French, Advanced/Fluent in English. Background: 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an SAP SF environment or related experience in SAP functional consulting. 7-10 years of HR experience: not as a consultant but as an end-user or key-user. Technical Skills: Proficiency (5 years) in SAP SF module Employee Central. General experience with other SAP SF modules (for coordination of our Indian resources). A solid understanding of HR business processes and SAP integration with ECC or S/4. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in French and English (experience with India support is a plus).   Preferred: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC (main area of responsibility). Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects, SAP SAC, SAP BW, or other analytics platforms. Experience in pragmatic change management is a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations in a pragmatic way. Good writing skills. Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
