Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support internal Salesforce Products application team in all phases of product lifecycle, release management, and documentation

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparation and delivery of release notes (2-week release cycle), including user training materials.

Preparation and execution of test plans, BRDs, test scripts, and user stories.

Preparation and documentation of smoke testing/post-production/bug reports, and remediation documents

Build relationships with internal teams

Drive the full process lifecycle (design, testing, implementation, support), gather and document business requirements, and collaborate with various teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree.

5+ experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations

Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence)

Salesforce products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Custom platform/Knowledge)

Microsoft Office Suite (Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Full UAT experience including QA (unit testing, SIT testing, regression testing)

Experience using fundamentals of Agile (Kanban)

Excellent presentation skills

U.S. person

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with project management and analysis using Salesforce.

PMP Certification

AI experience

BA certification

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
