Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.


Your responsibilities will include:

collaborating with the Product Owner, Product Team and Stakeholders: gathering, analyzing, prioritization and documenting requirements translating business needs into units of work: Defining and owning the value definition of Stories and translating stakeholder’s business needs into deliverable units of work: product backlogs, epics, features, user stories  and use cases. Completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria. Building business process and documentation facilitating multi-directional communication and collaboration: Ensuring clear communication and collaboration across Stakeholders and Product Teams (Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, Tech Leads, Architects, Key Users, and Partners) Conducting refinement meeting with the Dev team and explaining the business requirements. maintaining consistency and quality of the overall solution assisting/providing in testing and quality assurance processes keeping up with industry trends and architecture best practices and evaluating their applicability and adhering to HEINEKEN standards and best practices: (i.e., Quality, Compliance) identifying process and technology improvements opportunities with direct business impact analyzing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness seeking and implementing best practices, developing skills within the teams, and being an active member of the BA community within the organization demonstrating respect and adaptability to the uniqueness of others while working in a multicultural environment.

You are a good match if you have:

at least 5+ years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position a university degree in economics, management, computer science, or data analytics experience defining requirements and deploying Commerce IT solutions across multiple markets, in the e-commerce areas experience in stakeholder management experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) experience with Agile Scrum way of working proven ability to manage and thrive in complex, multi-threaded projects requiring high coordination and adaptability Knowledge:          Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 Commerce and its customization.          Good understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodology          Good knowledge of Commerce business processes and functionalities in the Commerce area (e.g., e-commerce B2B etc.)          Good Knowledge on Jira and Azure DevOps which are essential for managing backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.          Good understanding on Confluence for managing documentation and collaboration Skills:          strong proactivity and problem-solving skills          excellent communication and collaboration abilities          excellent facilitation, presentation, and analytical skills.
