You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiencies. The analytics portion of the role primarily focuses on the InEight and JDE platforms, facilitating the integration of operational and financial aspects throughout the project management lifecycle. Additionally, your responsibilities extend to PMIS reporting, analytics, and potential future complementary products or services.

Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborates with business SMEs and application teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, processes, and pain pointsPartners with the Business Applications Manager to design, test, and deliver new solutions and enhancementsDesigns and integrates Power Platform applications with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, PMIS, APIs, and enterprise data platformsSupports PMIS integration and sync needs throughout implementation phases, from migration to automationConducts testing and script development for Power BI, Power Apps, and core business solution integrationsDelivers training and user support to drive adoption of Power Platform solutionsCreates and maintains technical documentation, including user guides and system architectureProvides ongoing maintenance and support, while staying informed on InEight, JDE, and broader application landscape integrationsQualifications:
2+ years of experience developing applications and analytics using Power PlatformSkilled in gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and translating them into low-code technical solutionsProficient in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and familiar with DAX, M Query, SQL, and data modelingStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and TeamsExperienced in integration platforms, data flow analysis, and familiar with Microsoft Azure servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within Agile development environmentsKnowledge of Python, Databricks, and Agile methodologiesWork Conditions:
