Position overview:
To provide support to the Global Broking CCO and Programme Manager in the Execution and Reporting of the Global Broking Strategy, Growth and Client Initiatives.
Role responsibilities:
Project and CEO Office Management
Assist in the tracking, maintenance of change initiatives impacting Global Broking.
Through attendance and minuting of meetings, track actions, obtain updates and escalate any overdue issues to the Programme Manager.
Working with multiple functions (including CRM / MID) to produce detailed analysis across a wide range of lenses in order to produce Project MI, identifying gaps where action is required.
Assist in the coordination and preparation of GB ExCO meetings and off-sites.
Assist the CCO & Programme Manager in production of Management Dashboards, engaging with multiple functions for input.
Support CRM Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with client-related ad hoc requests from senior management globally.
Assist in the provision of monthly client-related analysis to SMDs to help monitor and analyse the business and identify target areas.
Support in servicing a range of queries from desk heads across the business.
Strategy Delivery
Ensure that the accurate delivery data is channelled into the relevant management committee.
Providing operational support to track execution and produce updates on progress, escalating issues which could lead to delays or the need to reprioritise initiatives to the GB CCO.
Assist Delivery leads in the production of product dashboards including KPIs verses targets and narrative on variances.
Requirements:
Strong Analytical and Organisational skills background
Experience managing, manipulating and analysing large data sets
Experience of working with governance frameworks
A financial services professional of the highest integrity with strong communication, collaboration and change management skills.
An understanding of the financial markets
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with a pro-active approach
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision with a delivery focused mentality and a collaborative approach
Empathy and humility combined with a strong innovative personality
High ethical standards and an independent thinker
Team player however also able to work on initiative and be a self-starter
