The DSP DA Lifecycle Experience & Services (DLXS) team is looking for a Business Analyst (BA) that's a motivated self-starter, that can work in a fast paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role requires developing dashboards, deep diving various data sets to identify trends, risk indicators, and opportunities to support overall program delivery. This role requires proficiency in SQL, a can-do attitude, and a strong desire to Learn and Be Curious.

*Travel may be required once a quarter.

Key job responsibilities
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc requests and analyses
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
- Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs
