Key Activities:

Analyze business processes and IT requirements to support digital project management.Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements.Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.Oversee user acceptance testing and validate solution effectiveness.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed specifications.Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.Provide subject matter expertise in business process analysis and IT solution alignment.Create and deliver user documentation and training materials.

Functional Skills​

Strong business acumen and process modeling experience.Excellent stakeholder management and consultative problem-solving skills.Proficient in requirements definition and management.Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.Effective communication and facilitation skills.

Technical Skills​

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.Knowledge of system integration and computing environments.Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security and delivery best practices.SQL, BI Tools

Extra Credit

Experience in digital customer experience, CRM, or CDP platforms.User research and automated testing experience.Multilingual and global implementation exposure.

Behavioral Skills​​

Analytical thinking and prioritization.Adaptability and change management.Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience or master’s degree with 2 years relevant experience.Product Owner/Business Analyst certification preferred.
