Installed Base Management
Collaborate, gather & Drive regional initiatives for Installed Base (IB) management & working closely with commercial teams & distributors/customers to build, maintain Install base for Greater AsiaWork with EMEA/APAC Teams to undertake IB management, work with relevant teams to represent Greater Asia, strong collaboration with Greater Asia Technical and Commercial stakeholders to gather, validate and ensure healthy IB Is maintained in reports/ERPAnalyze the IB, providing insights to Technical, Service Commercial (inside sales) and Commercial stakeholders ; Provide the insights & information to TS Teams to help understand growth opportunitiesWork through complex systems/ERP & Power BI reports, assist with data accuracy for deep dive analysis to maintain IB data in timely mannerUse data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights to stakeholders, supporting their data-driven decisions.Understand and analyze the products, market, competition, and emerging customer needs specific to the Greater Asia region..Work directly with Partners & Commercial Excellence team to drive projects for Baxter organization to meet regional and company objectivesTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction (NPS) and operational efficiency to improve service excellenceField Action
Co-Create Field Action plan with Global and EMEA/APAC Field Action teams to provide relevant information for Greater Asia markets. Represent Greater Asia teams with SME for FA strategy meetings to ensure relevant information is provided by countriesWork closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure country plans, installed base info is accurateProvide meaningful insight to QA teams for data accuracy,Coordinate with SME for ordering kits, tools, training & relevant materials with Global FA TeamsWork directly with Partners/customers to ensure FA information accuracy & clear understanding of actions needed. Ensure partners engineers are providing regular updates as per FA timelinesWork with Global FA teams & SME for regular updates, on time execution, closure & reimbursement / cross charges are filed in timely mannerSpare Parts Management
Ensure that prices for spare parts and contractual or ad hoc service offering are coordinated within the region working with regional and global spare parts teams.Supervise & control of local (workshops and car stocks) spare part inventory to optimize inventory value, related reserves and discards and maximize turns.Ensure efficient and effective customer experience, Enhance customer service level and TS productivity through monitoring of service spares support with KPIs and performance and improvement of planning processes. To collaborate closely with service providers, service distributors and/or self-service customers to ensure optimum inventory, parts planning/management, EOS planning & executionWork with global team on key initiatives, projects to improve spare parts planning, management & execution.
