Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Performance Analytics Senior Analyst to join our Performance Analytics North America, Customer Excellence team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness through data-driven insights, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
You will join a high-impact team dedicated to enhancing performance monitoring and automating reporting processes to support the broader Customer Excellence department.What You’ll DoDesign, automate, and maintain comprehensive Customer Excellence dashboards and Key Performance Indicator scorecards to deliver actionable performance insights to leadership.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to perform risk segmentation of Accounts Receivable portfolios and monitor credit risk exposure.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting tools and ensuring data consistency during Mergers and Acquisitions integration activities.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, or performance reporting within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, specifically regarding Accounts Receivable, General Ledgers, and Profit and Loss implications.
Proven ability in utilizing data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Technical expertise in SQL, Python, or Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems like Oracle.
