You will partner across Finance, IT, Commerce Operations and the Global Partner Organization (GPO), and the Sales Regions. You will have the outstanding opportunity to work cross functionally on an international team passionate about operational excellence.
As a senior member of the Global Partner Finance Organization, you will work with a team of analysts focused on validating proof of performance claims to ensure accurate partner payments in the EMEA region. You will work with your Leader and Regional Managers in maintaining effective and efficient processes that meet internal control requirements. You will be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth.
This role is an integral position in EMEA that will execute location strategy, maintain E2E compliant processes, monitor the portfolio, engage with key business partners and participate in a successful roll-out of an updated Funds Manager tool along with guiding a team of analysts.
Your Impact
• Liaise Fund Managers, Team Leads and POP COE team and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide support, leadership and subject matter expertise to local team.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Help resolve partner disputes and/or corrections to documentation, manage partner escalations.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely clearance of transactions claims
• Provide metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
• Monitor and manage claim holds
• Monitor and manage claim aging
• Coordinate quarterly read out calls to provide feedback to Leader and Fund Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or supply chain related field Proficient in English and Polish Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, team metric development, presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Audit and/or compliance experience helpful but not required People management experience helpful Familiarity with Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and/or other European languages helpful Collaborates to tackle complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions; communicates difficult concepts and negotiates to adopt a different point of view Ability to coordinate regional team of analysts, provide clear guidance and training/mentorship as needed, maintain cohesive and collaborative team environment.Why Cisco?
