As a Business Analysis Manager on the Incentive Strategy team, you’ll be in a high visibility and high impact role that will partner with and influence key internal stakeholders to develop and coordinate implementation of our banker incentive strategy. You will work closely with Executive Management, HR Comp, Finance, Incentive Administration team and Communications. The Business Analysis Manager plays a lead role in modeling, forecasting, and developing recommendations across a variety of topics and initiatives – they are key to the success of banker incentive programs as well as broader Branch Sales initiatives.
Job responsibilities
Lead and perform detailed analysis, modeling and financial forecasting to create and influence incentive plans for branch bankers. Responsibilities include designing detailed analytics to determine incentive and employee impact when creating new incentive plans, changing plan drivers, adding/removing products, and/or changing branch roles. Leverage analysis to create presentations for executive management that clearly and concisely convey the story Participate in development of budget, forecasts, and monthly estimate Develop and coordinate meetings with management team to review incentive plan results for the current month Assess how plan changes are working, identify anomalies and items that require attention Follow-up on any deep dive discussion items that result from discussion Coordinate discussions with the incentive advisory forum to iterate through ideas and come to final recommendations that will be presented to Comp Governance Partner with executive management team to ensure alignment to strategic direction and desired business outcomes Drive change, be a decision maker and participant in decision making process Obtain approval from Compensation Governance Partner with HR Compensation and syndicate changes with Controls, Legal and Compliance Lead Implementation/execution of approved plan changes Lead the exception review process by facilitating sessions to discuss requested exceptions and recommendations** This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; 5+ years of financial analysis experience Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and executive presentation building skills. Leadership and relationship-building skills required to work with senior executives, the field salesforce and subject matter experts. Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, senior management-level presentations Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment while maintaining accuracy and excellence in output Strategic thinking and planning skills coupled with ability to execute projects with diligence and urgency. Organizational and project management skill; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Knowledge of Alteryx, MS Access, SQL a plus
