As a Business Analysis Associate II in Home Lending, you lead how we validate software, reduce risk, and continuously improve product quality. You partner with engineering, product, and stakeholders to define quality goals, design practical test strategies, and guide the team to deliver on them. Together, we streamline delivery, strengthen reliability, and create better experiences for customers and colleagues.
Job responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end testing strategy and roadmap, aligning quality goals to business outcomes and delivery timelines.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery leaders to define test scope, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.Oversee test design and execution, ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases and defects.Report test progress, risks, and release health with clear metrics and recommendations for decision‑making.Manage test environments, data, and tooling to maximize reliability, coverage, and cycle time.Collaborate with developers to triage, prioritize, and resolve defects quickly and transparently.Drive continuous improvement in test practices, automation adoption, and quality engineering standards.Establish and track quality KPIs such as defect escape rate, coverage, lead time, and mean time to detect.Mentor and grow a high‑performing test team through coaching, feedback, and skills development.Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and accessibility standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7 years in software testing and quality assurance delivering complex, customer‑facing applications.3 years leading or managing testers or quality engineers, including performance management and coaching.3 years designing and executing test strategies and plans across multiple project or product teams.2 years working with test automation frameworks and deciding when and how to automate effectively.3 years using test and defect management tools (for example, Jira, TestRail or comparable platforms).2 years operating in Agile delivery environments with close collaboration across product and engineering.2 years integrating tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating quality insights into action.Proven project execution skills: plan, prioritize, and deliver testing outcomes on time and within scope.Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating testing risks, including clear escalation and remediation plans.Strong customer focus with the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic test approaches.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
