As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Business Analysis team, you will lead and coach Business Analysts to deliver structured solutions using standard project frameworks. You will analyze business requirements, assess technical and operational impacts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Minimum two years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Process Improvement, or Controls roleExperience in Home Lending applications and business operationsIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, Python, Monday.com, and SQLAdvanced strategic thinking, with a track record of evaluating scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisionsDemonstrated leadership, ability to inspire and motivate, and promote collaboration, trust, and respect within the teamClear and effective communication skills, fostering an open and inclusive environmentAbility to set clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and recognize achievementsProvides constructive feedback and supports professional growth through coaching and mentoringAdapts to change and leads the team through transitions with confidenceDrives results by aligning team goals with organizational objectives and empowering individuals to succeedProficient in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting toolsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
