As a Business Analysis Associate I within the Home Lending (Consumer & Community Bank) team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our systems adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the industry. Join a team where your expertise will make a tangible difference, and your career will flourish through collaboration and strategic problem-solving. In this role, you will provide critical application and test support for various default and servicing systems. Serving as a key liaison between IT, PO, HL UAT Management, and Business partners, you will facilitate system-related changes. Your responsibilities include leading due diligence and requirements gathering sessions, overseeing UAT processes, and managing triage, research, and analysis for production-related incidents. Your efforts will ensure that business applications operate efficiently and align with evolving business needs, making a significant impact on the firm and the broader community.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
4+ years relevant experience in software testing (requirements analysis, test design, test preparation, test execution, defect management)Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a testing projectExperience with Agile project methodology and work environmentsComputer Science/Information Technology and/or related disciplineExperience in preparing high quality presentational materials and documentationMust be able to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExtensive experience in using test management tools (qTest, HP Application Lifecycle Management, JIRA, Redmine, etc.)Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Financial/ Mortgage background preferredExtensive experience in using SQL tools (Teradata/Oracle/Microsoft SQL/TOAD) is a plusExperience in using test automation tools is a plus (HP Quick Test Professional, HP Load Runner, JMeter, Selenium, Oracle JDK, Selenium, Cucumber, HP UFT, IDE (Eclipse), Bitbucket, etc.) is a plus

Work closely with team manager to develop and lead a team of AnalystsLead by example and coach on key behaviors to drive resultsProvide oversight to assigned projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are metCollaborate with UAT test designers for effective test case designCollaborate with UAT Managers to ensure test execution timelines are metAssist with required loan conditioning/staging for test effortsCreate and execute test scriptsSupport Deployment Activities
Validate post-production validation task checklistCollaborate with IT on post-release reporting needsLead post-production efforts to ensure enhancements/products being released are working as expectedProduction Support Management
Manage production-related incidents and issue analysisReport tickets and collaborate with IT production support teamsAll application requirements (including updated resume - please include specifics of your career) should be posted, submitted and completed in the Oracle tool.
