Job Summary:
As an Associate in the Customer Operations – Internal Controls and Support team of Home Lending, you will lead a team responsible for managing user tools, procedure certification, and asset certification. You will oversee external exams and remediation case correction, participate in complex research activities, and drive change through effective communication and business partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
Direct external exam and remediation case projects through the entire project delivery life cycle.Communicate effectively with senior management to understand needs, communicate status, and resolve conflicts.Deliver written and verbal presentations to senior leaders regularly.Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions.Document, review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user requirements.Collaborate effectively with colleagues and establish strategic line of business relationships.Use expertise in root cause analysis and solution identification.Understand various points of view and drive discussions and apply knowledge of role-related risks and keep abreast of regulatory requirements.Remediate issues by engaging appropriate resources to mitigate risk with urgency.Collaborate with functional business groups, legal, compliance, and controls partners to ensure timely and high-quality information responses.Lead groups and process improvement initiatives with professionalism.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

TENURE:
