Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You'll Do + Support the internal controls team with all aspects of OMB A-123 compliance, including evaluating and documenting business processes. + Participate in process walkthroughs and update process documentation to ensure accurate, audit-ready records. + Contribute to ongoing risk assessment activities, helping to identify control gaps or process improvement opportunities. + Assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures. + Coordinate with team members to design, implement, and test internal controls over financial reporting. + Support project documentation and reporting requirements as prioritized by the client. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required + Must be willing to work on site in Herndon, VA and/or Chantilly, VA 100% of the time. + Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + 1+ year of professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or related field. + 1+ year of experience with process documentation and business process analysis + 1+ year of experience of financial reporting and applying accounting principles The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
