Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Administrator to join our client's team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports our product offerings. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure all materials meet corporate standards and provide clear, accurate, and engaging information.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documents.
• Adapt and regionalize documents to meet specific market needs.
• Establish and manage an organized cataloging system for all product-related materials.
• Create and edit documents in alignment with corporate formatting and style guidelines.
• Update existing documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across product lines.
• Collaborate with departments to review and enhance brochures, web content, data sheets, and other marketing materials.
• Author technical papers such as white papers, application notes, case studies, and articles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate documentation requirements for product integration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing technical documentation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with knowledge of AP style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
• Experience in handling web content, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Familiarity with cataloging systems and technical writing standards.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks efficiently. TalentMatch®
