We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!  **A Day in Life:** + All necessary tools, parts, and equipment to maintain and to repair all customer tires according to industry standards will be provided + Maintain customer tire inventory by ordering, loading, unloading tire shipments, deliveries, and remove out of service tires from customer property on a consistent basis + Perform dynamic balancing for all bus tires, wheel changes, regrooving, repairing, maintaining correct air pressures, mounting and demounting all consigned tire types + Inspect tires on customer vehicles and reporting all tire and non-tire related mechanical defects in writing to the customer + Maintain legible and accurate documentation of work performed + Work on-site at customer locations while maintaining customer relations and each shift you are expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment and professional conduct **What's in it for you:**   + Vocational on-the-job training provided; no experience necessary + Annual wage increases based on performance + Consistency and support + Safe work environment  + Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided + Competitive hourly pay   + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, wellness program, and employee assistance program starting at day 31 + Company paid life insurance, 401(k) with company matching up to 5% matching + Paid vacation (Starting at 10 days per year) + Sick time (Starting at 10 days per year) + Tuition Reimbursement & Employee Discounts ($5,250 for graduate and $3,000 for undergraduate) **What do we consider?**   + Position may require flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends + Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future + Must have valid driver's license to be able to meet commercial driver qualifications when applicable. **What** ** ** **do we hope for?** ** **   + High School or GED preferred  + Previous commercial tire experience  + Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting + Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner + Mechanical aptitude as well as strong oral and written communication ability  + A self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions
