Bus Driver Full-Time

Responsibilities

Drives bus to transport military passengers over specified routes to local points according to time schedule, regulates heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort, complies with local traffic regulations, and reports delays or accidents.May inspect bus and check gas, oil, and water before departure, transports passengers between pickup points, and may drive diesel powered bus to transport passengers over established on-post routes.Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) before, during, and after missions. Qualifications

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL B) is required.A passenger (P) endorsement and no air brakes restriction is preferred, but not required, at time of application.If applicant does not have a current Passenger (P) endorsement, this can be taught, trained, and tested by the in-house Trainer. This is provided by the employer’s team.If applicant has air brakes restrictions, the applicant can be trained and tested by the in-house Trainer to qualify for a no air brakes restriction. This is provided by the employer’s team.Valid and current medical card.No minimum years of bus driving experience.Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC.High School Diploma / GED.

New Hire Retention Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 — $250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of continuous employment.
