We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Bus Admin and Operational Mgmt

Role Purpose:

Business Administration and Operational Management will participate in business activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU and non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as Annual Reporting and short-term initiatives. They are in BAU teams and would report to a Senior Manager and may have direct reports.

Main Activities

Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Change implementation projects are out of scope.

Participate and support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.

Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, and stakeholder feedback.

Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area.

Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities.

Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance.

Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured. The role holder will primarily support CIB COO team in the US.

Networking developer.: Excellent relationship management and influencing skills based on leadership at different levels of Seniority within our organization.

Strong financial, accounting, administration experience supported by management capabilities to planning, organizing and distribute complex information. Skilled to challenge and explain results.

Communication – the ability to communicate complex issues concisely in English.

Able to produce, interpret and challenge performance reporting.

Willing and able to analyse complex issues and identify / assess the long-term, strategic implications for the Bank and its customers.

Knowledge of English, ability to communicate in a written and spoken way.

Experience

Use of English at business level - mandatory (at least 5 years)

Financial, Planning, and administrative background (at least 5 years)

People manager and broad experience in managing teams of different work streams.

Examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes – a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes.

In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects

Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance implementation, change management and benefits realization.

Implementation, change management and benefits realization.

Working across cultures and in matrixed organizational structures
