**Job Title: Bulk Loader** + **3rd Shift:** 6pm-6:30am (4 days on / 4 days off) + Candidates can work up to 60 hours per week. + **Pay Rate:** $20.13 per hour starting pay - $30.20 overtime pay rate. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Bulk Loader to join our operations team. This role involves working in bulk truck and railcar loading operations and requires the operation of all necessary equipment to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time. Safety, sanitation, and some preventative maintenance are key aspects of this position. Responsibilities + Operate all equipment required to load bulk trucks and railcars. + Ensure safety by working on top of bulk trucks or railcars with appropriate fall protection. + Follow a schedule to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time. + Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks. + Work outside in all weather conditions. + Direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures. + Willingness to learn about and operate all equipment in the bulk house. Essential Skills + Basic problem-solving skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-12 hours. + Ability to climb stairs and ladders. + Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds/23 kilograms. + Reliable transportation for all shifts and weekends. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly. + Experience in a warehouse environment. + Forklift operation experience. + Experience in production, loader, and bulk shipping. Work Environment The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. The position operates on a night shift from 6pm to 6:30am on a 4 on, 4 off rotation. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory, and training will be provided for all necessary programs and requirements.
