Principal Accountabilities

Ensure and monitor the cleanliness and orderly conditions of areas around the plant, such as workstations, social areas and groundsMaintain and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with direct guidance and oversight, including general ground's keepingPerform minor construction and repairs under direct guidance to ensure ongoing operations of facilityMay observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (i.e. carpentry and other routine building maintenance and repairs) under direct supervisionMay inspect equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposesUnderstand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned
