Building Service Engineer

Main responsibility :

• To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the

  agreed delivery levels for the client.

• Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical &

  Electrical systems.

• Check and follow-up service and repair work from any

  contractors.

• Follow-up the preventive maintenance program signed to any

  contractor.

• Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report .

• Generate a standard and all mechanical  & electrical

  equipment’s method to record and system defects.

• Generate energy saving plan with Head Office.

• Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy

  consumption.

• Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future

  planning.

• Inspect condition of building structure.

• Do some administrative job, such as translating documents

Employee qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 year experience in engineering field

• Good command of English

• Patient and service-minded

• Male
