Our client, a leading organization in the building maintenance industry, is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the facilities support team, ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of the building environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: San Fernando, CA

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently Assist with repairs and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

What's Needed?

Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and a proactive attitude No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow in the role
