About the job:

Manage soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control) and ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and safety requirements.Liaise with contractors, maintain good working relationships, and ensure service providers meet SLAs and KPIs.Conduct inspections, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely closure of work orders in FMMS.Oversee daily operations, schedule maintenance activities, and prepare required reports.Supervise cleaning, landscape, and pest control works and ensure high service quality.Handle PTW processing and support building-related tasks when needed.Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

About you:

Minimally a Diploma in Facilities Management or any related discipline.Experience in coordinating soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control).Ability to supervise contractors and ensure service standards are met.Able to conduct site inspections and follow up on issues promptly.Familiar with work order systems and basic PTW processes.Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.Independent, responsible, and able to support ad‑hoc building tasks when required.
