Building Engineer
Job Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Engineer to support the operations and maintenance of a high-profile property for an NFL team. In this role, you will:  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds  • Respond to maintenance calls, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor structural repairs  • Maintain accurate records of building equipment and report abnormalities  • Assist in monitoring service contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards  • Replace ceiling tiles, light bulbs, filters, and ballasts as needed  • Conduct proactive building tours to identify deficiencies and coordinate repairs  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment  • Support fire alarm system monitoring and troubleshooting  • Schedule- Onsite 5 days a week/ 6am-4pm You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Property Management team to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Skills and Requirements • Experience:   ○ 5-7 years hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC principles, and general building maintenance   ○ QEW- Electrical Safety Training// Qualified Electrical Worker   ○ Personality and Professionalism   ○ HVAC & Electrical certifications   ○ Commercial Setting, NO Residential  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical systems, building automation, and safety protocols  • Other Requirements:   ○ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record   ○ Ability to pass a drug screen and stringent background check   ○ Strong customer service and communication skills  • Nice to have skills:  • OSHA or OSHA 10 Pay range between $70,000 - $75,000
