Building and Grounds Maintenance

Shift: 3rd 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday
Pay Rate: $22/hr

Duties and Responsibilities Implement daily practices, which will contribute to departmental housekeeping. Perform proficiently in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office and department specific software. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor. Serve as an active member of the team of employees by routinely performing tasks such as: assisting in the training of employees; participating in problem solving activities; reporting workplace safety hazards; suggesting quality improvement methods, etc. Waste water treatment operations. Will be responsible for supplying own personal tools necessary to perform job assignments. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors,  stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor. Cleans rugs, carpets. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties wastebaskets. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs. Cuts and trims grass, and shovels snow. Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. Sets up tables and chairs in auditorium or hall. Oil Machines
