Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Service Manager, you can expect to:

Ensure daily assigned revenue is completed Maintain a high level of service qualityStandardize pest control technician service routes to improve route densitySchedule and review daily routes with techniciansHandle customer complaints; investigate and resolve customer service concernsAssist technicians with field service requests and delinquent accountsOrder and maintain equipment, supplies and materials required for service workCreate a positive work environmentAttract and select high caliber employees, while maintaining qualified staffActively manage performance and motivate service staffFollow and enforce work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to subordinatesMaintain appropriate certification/licensing as required by the state or by branch managementCoordinate training and licensing of new and existing service personnelCoordinate and/or provide continuing training as neededMaintain truck inventory records and perform periodic inspectionsDelegate duties and examine work for accuracy and neatnessMaintain record of all commercial vehicle licenses and pest control licensesAssist General/Branch Manager in other duties assignedWork weekends as necessary to assist the techniciansPerforms all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:   

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferredMust have experience with sales, marketing, and office administrationExperience supervising, coaching, and developing staff3 or more years’ experience in a management role

 Physical Demands / Working Environment: 

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:  Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity  Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
