Build Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Build Coordinator to support operations and ensure timely delivery of critical parts, requiring expertise in supply management and technical skills.

Required Qualifications:

2-year degree in Pre-Engineering, Manufacturing/Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel skills Strong computer skills Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

4-year degree Mechanical aptitude Experience with SAP Familiarity with Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

Track and expedite parts for work requests Maintain and update the "Hot List" for critical part shortages Communicate with Supply Management regarding purchase orders and part ETAs Troubleshoot part requests from engineers Prepare and update daily and weekly reports using Excel and other MS Office tools

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
