Job Description
Our client in the technology industry is openning a warehouse in Chattanooga, TN and seeking Assembly Technicians who will be responsible for assembling, programming, and testing PayRange products in accordance with defined specifications to ensure quality, traceability, and functional performance. This role involves assembling products and sub‑assemblies using SOPs, BOMs, and work instructions while safely operating hand tools, torque tools, and basic test equipment. The technician verifies correct parts, quantities, and serial numbers, performs in‑process and final quality inspections, and accurately records build activity, serial tracking, and test results in the system. Responsibilities also include performing firmware and software updates, programming and configuring devices using approved tools, scripts, and configuration files, and troubleshooting basic programming or connectivity issues. The technician maintains a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work environment to support efficient and compliant production. This role will be a 3 month contract to hire opportunity offering $17-23/hr.

Skills and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset
• Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or hardware production preferred
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and SOPs
• Basic understanding of firmware, software loading, or device configuration is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable working with serial tracking and production documentation
