Responsibilities + Setup, parameter optimization, process verification, and maintenance of assembly equipment’s + Support setup and operation of FUJI NXT III SMT lines, Datacon die attach, Wire bond, Molding, Grinding and Singulation. + Create auto wire bond programs and loop profiles in K&S Maxum bonder. + Record and document parameters for repeatability and production readiness. + Perform manual die pick and placement using tweezers or pickup tools, epoxy / DAF attach on MCMs. The tasks are a combination of manual assembly and equipment operation, involve working with the aid of a microscope and tools for handling very small parts for prototyping. + Support customized build request, mount MCMs on evaluation boards by solder attach. Perform manual soldering, attach passive components, perform rework on boards, change components, mount dies, and wire bonding. + Candidate must be able to work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform assembly functions. Candidate must know how to interpret builds and BOM (Bill of Material). + Must be proficient using hand tools such as tweezers, picks, vacuum pencils. + Candidate should be self-motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed. Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership. Required Experience and Skills Job Requirements: • The candidate should have relevant experience working with RF module assembly, and rework or an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. • Experience with hand tools (e.g., Tweezers, Vacuum pickup tools, Soldering Irons, die handling, test fixtures) • Experience with computers using Microsoft excel, word, power point and Microsoft outlook. Preferred Skills: • SMT, Die attach, manual die attach, wire bonding, molding, soldering skills and printed circuit assembly experience. • Trained to handle ESD sensitive electronic components, and experience working with the aid of a microscope. Within the first few weeks of this role, the successful candidate will be on a training schedule generally working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm shift. Once the successful candidate has completed training, the regular work schedule going forward will be Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am shift. Desired Experience and Skills + Experience with process characterization and troubleshooting of assembly tools is desired. + Familiarity with Fuij NXT III, Datacon 2200evo and K&S Maxum wirebonder tools is a plus. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD [[MinimumPay]] - [[MaximumPay]]. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
