**Overview** Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation, system updates, processing budgets & contracts, document sstorage, internal budgets updates and other related tasks. ​ **Responsibilities** + Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce, and general overall support. + Process proposal budgets for product updates + Support senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets. + Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting. + Participate in departmental initiatives. + Perform all other duties as assigned. **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Bachelor's Degree student or fresh graduate + 1 years’ experience in administrative or healthcare environment + Knowledge and functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint + Advanced English (​with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation) + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO and Sales + Excellent attention to detail required. + Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problems + Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills * **CV must be submit in English** * \#home-based **_IQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
