Overview

Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation, system updates, processing budgets & contracts, document storage, internal budgets updates and other related tasks.

 

Responsibilities

Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce, and general overall support.Process proposal budgets for product updatesSupport senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets.Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting.Participate in departmental initiatives.Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field / Fresh university graduated1 years’ experience in administrative or healthcare environmentKnowledge and functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAdvanced English (with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation)Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO and SalesExcellent attention to detail required.Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problemsStrong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
