This role brings thought leadership to drive the talent acquisition strategy and activities in the BU. Operating as the strategic partner to key stakeholders and the People Lead of the BU in providing a cost effective and quality recruitment service for the BU, owning all talent supply solutions from early career to hourly to professional experienced hiring and white collar contingent labor, ensuring they are fit for purpose and can deliver against the buy/build/borrow/bounce organizational strategy.

How you will contribute

You will:

Partner with the Business and People Leads in the geography to understand business priorities and create, deliver and monitor appropriate plans and strategies to deliver talent needs aligned with the global Talent Acquisition Strategy and bring subject matter expertise and market insights to talent discussions leveraging data to drive improved talent decision making and outcomesEnsure that the global TA vision, brand and identity are tailored to the needs of their specific geography.Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead introducing business unit needs into the Global Talent Acquisition StrategyResponsible for day to day management and coaching of a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Leads and Advisors ensuring resources are appropriately planned to respond to business needs.Ensure a best in class candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process, through the identification of service issues and proactively proposing improvements and supporting the changesOwn compliance requirements for the geography, ensuring all legal requirements are met and managed, as well as the ongoing management of recruitment prioritization against changing business needs.

Extensive expertise in talent acquisition for the geography including early career to hourly to professional experienced hiring and white collar contingent laborExperience of working in a complex matrix organisation and prior CPG/FMCG Manufacturing experience highly preferredEvidence of successfully leading high performing teamsAbility to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership and management and to flex from strategic thinking to tactical and operational deliveryDrive for results & customer service orientationStrong project and vendor management skills, ability to lead complex projects and pro-actively manage work and drive continuous improvementProven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities

Education / Certifications:

Masters / bachelor’s degree or similar
