Strong understanding of aerospace quality systems (AS9100, ISO, etc.). Demonstrated success in managing P&L and growing business units. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in customer-facing roles and program management a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of aerospace supply chain and OEM/Tier-1 customer expectations. Proven experience in scaling operations, launching new products, or expanding into new markets. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing technologies.
