The B&I Projects Controller is a strategic financial role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance of the business unit's project portfolio. Reporting directly to the B&I Head, this position ensures financial transparency, accuracy, and compliance across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts Conduct financial analysis and variance modeling Provide strategic financial insights to managementFinancial Management
Establish financial controls and procedures Monitor project financial performance Manage project profit and loss (P&L) Track and process purchase ordersCost Control and Optimization
