Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:** + Supervise and support daily kitchen production, including hot line, banquets, and specialty menu items\. + Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal innovation across all outlets\. + Ensure all dishes are prepared according to designated recipes, quality expectations, and presentation standards\. + Oversee and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and leadership to maintain high productivity and morale\. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations\. + Manage inventory and requisitions for ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper cost control and stock levels\. + Inspect all food products prior to service to guarantee quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction\. + Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless coordination for à la carte service, banquets, and special events\. + Possess a working knowledge of pastry to assist with dessert service and support the pastry team when needed\. + Uphold Waldorf Astoria’s luxury service standards while fostering an environment of creativity and excellence\. **What are we looking for?** Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry\.
