Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar delivery role • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments • Banking/Financial Industry experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience working with solution architects and technical teams • Experience in enterprise systems or large-scale project environments • Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office Suits, SQL, Salesforce, Azure DevOps • Background in data analysis, project delivery, and modeling • Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
