Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Knoxville, TN. Summary: The client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Systems Analyst. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Payroll workstream, collaborating with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing optimization of Workday Payroll. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday Payroll module during implementation and post-go-live support * Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and validate payroll processes * Support data conversion, testing, and validation activities related to payroll * Assist in designing and documenting business processes, workflows, and integrations related to payroll * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards * Provide training and support to end-users and HR/payroll teams * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Payroll * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support payroll operations and compliance
