Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead and support business-critical initiatives at one of the top five banks in Canada. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The project that they will be dedicated to will be an NDA data mapping and data migration project. Key responsibilties include the below: -Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements -Analyze and improve business processes and workflows -Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs -Support data migration, mapping, and integration efforts -Lead ETL-related initiatives and ensure data accuracy and consistency -Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations -Manage project timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution -Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Strong understanding of business process modeling and systems analysis Experience with data mapping, data migration, and ETL processes within a bank Proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven leadership in cross-functional project environments
