Our client, a de novo, MDI bank, is seeking a BSA Specialist to join their team. As a BSA Specialist, you will be part of the Compliance department supporting the organization's commitment to regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying risks, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** BSA Specialist
**Location:** Indianapolis, Indiana
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor and analyze customer transactions for suspicious activity.
+ Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
+ Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk customers.
+ Assist with BSA/AML risk assessments and compliance reviews.
+ Stay current on BSA/AML regulations and industry trends.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
+ At least 3+ years of compliance experience with Bank Secrecy Act regulations in the banking industry.
+ Sound knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act regulations.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
