We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Broker Coordinator to join our team. This individual will provide direct administrative and operational support to a group of commercial real estate brokers. This role is essential in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing broker productivity and client service.Job Description
Broker Support:Provide high-level support to multiple brokers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of client materialsAssist with listing and transaction management including the preparation of proposals, agreements, leases, and closing documentsCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support ongoing deals and marketing effortsAdministrative Duties:Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements in a timely and accurate mannerArrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerariesMaintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) for contracts, property data, and client correspondenceManage office supplies, equipment, and administrative support tools as neededMarketing & Reporting:Create and update property marketing materials, presentations, and flyers using branded templatesSupport brokers with CRM updates and client database managementAssist in the coordination of property tours and broker open housesGenerate periodic activity reports and market research summariesClient Interaction:Maybe asked to participate as a liaison between brokers and clients to facilitate communication and service deliveryEnsure all client-facing documents and presentations are professional, accurate, and timelyHandle sensitive client and deal information with discretion and confidentialityProject & Task Coordination:Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by brokers or managementTrack and manage project deadlines, action items, and deliverables across multiple stakeholdersProvide back-up support for other coordinators during time off or peak periodsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
