Brokerage Coordinator
Description We are in search of a Brokerage Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Brokerage Coordinator, the role focuses on supporting our team by managing databases, assisting with events, conducting research, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. What you get to do every single day: • Oversee administrative tasks and projects as necessary. • Offer support to our brokers in their daily operations. • Manage CRM files, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate. • Be a part of our events, providing assistance as needed. • Conduct thorough research to support our operations. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve common goals. • Handle the uploading of documents, ensuring they are properly stored and accessible. • Oversee the restocking of the kitchen area, ensuring supplies are always available. • Take charge of ordering office supplies, keeping track of inventory and needs. • Use your skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Photoshop to perform tasks efficiently. Requirements Other requirements for the Brokerage Coordinator position include and are not limited to: • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing stellar customer service. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management. • Familiarity with creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. • Ability to create and edit documents in Microsoft Word. • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
