Your role:

Understanding, performing and coordinating the process of: making the import declaration using the correct customs regulations, correct goods code and additional codes within the agreed time frameData entry of previous document and invoice information in case there is no electronic messageControl the previous document is a Philips shipmentSupport and advice the business with making a correct export declarationData entry of an export declarations for organizations which do not have this functionalityClearance AGS and Transit declarations for the Single Authorization Simplified Procedures (SASP- NL, AT, IE, FR, DE) countries and UKAdministration of the bonded warehouse (BWH) and Inward Processing Relief (IPR)Archiving electronically the declaration relevant documentationReporting Intrastat, Extrastat and VAT for the SASP countries and DE, UKCoordinating the work of TC sub-team team to support business continuity for Trade Compliance processes and areas it supportsResponsible for reporting daily, weekly and monthly results – internally within organization and to external stakeholdersSupporting business with TC questionsHandling process of creation and update of work instructionsTraining team members on TC processes

You are right fit if:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration OR Vocational Education in Trade Compliance or equivalentPreferred previous experience in Supply Chain or TransportationFluent English. Fluent Dutch or German is a plusExperience in working with MS office applicationsAccuracy and ability to work as a part of a team
