About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Broadcast Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagement, solution validation, and customer success across modern broadcast audio and IP video environments. This role requires deep expertise in broadcast networking technologies, real-time media transport protocols, and IP-based production workflows.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, OEM partners, system integrators, sales teams, and internal engineering groups while helping shape next-generation broadcast networking solutions.
This is a highly cross-functional role that combines technical consulting, solution architecture, interoperability validation, customer enablement, partner engagement, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities Technical Solution Engineering & ValidationDesign, validate, and support IP-based broadcast workflows across audio and video production environments.
Build and maintain lab environments, interoperability testbeds, and demonstration systems.
Validate integrations with broadcast OEM ecosystems and production technologies.
Support deployment architectures for broadcast studios, OB vans, intercom systems, production facilities, post-production environments, and hybrid SDI/IP infrastructures.
Troubleshoot complex multicast, QoS, timing, and synchronization issues in real-time media environments.
Partner & Ecosystem CollaborationWork closely with broadcast technology partners, system integrators, and OEM vendors to ensure seamless interoperability.
Participate in joint solution testing, technical workshops, and architecture discussions.
Support partner enablement initiatives and technical relationship management.
Customer & Business EngagementCollaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify new opportunities and support strategic customer engagements.
Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
Support pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and technical evaluations.
Help position the organization as a trusted advisor in broadcast networking and media infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Internal Enablement & Knowledge SharingDevelop technical documentation, deployment guides, solution architectures, and best practices.
Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.
Contribute to certification and enablement programs for field engineering and partner ecosystems.
Product & Engineering CollaborationWork closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide field feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities.
Escalate customer requirements, feature gaps, interoperability concerns, and deployment challenges.
Provide recommendations related to multicast behavior, firmware optimization, QoS policies, redundancy models, timing accuracy, and scalability requirements.
Industry EngagementParticipate in industry events, technical conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops.
Support the creation of whitepapers, case studies, reference architectures, and solution demonstrations.
Stay current with evolving trends in broadcast networking, IP production, and media transport technologies.
