Responsibilities + Draft participant biographies and identify key connection points to session themes. + Prepare detailed briefing memos, spanning editorial topics, suggested questions, and logistics. + Ensure that all materials are executed without error and that details and formatting are consistent. + Maintain timely and professional correspondence. + Work cross-functionally with editorial, content, and events teams. + As needed, correspond with program speakers and attendees to request confirmations and share updates. + Maintain availability on Slack from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday and respond to team communications in a timely manner. + Attend weekly status meetings and provide weekly end of week updates via email. Requirements + 1+ years of experience in a policy, research, executive support, or strategic communications role. + Outstanding written communication, including the ability to craft compelling invitations and executive briefs. + Strongest organizational and time-management skills, adept at juggling multiple relationship streams in a high-volume, high-intensity environment. + Knowledgeable about major business and economic trends, along with skills to translate them into mainstage moments and other convenings for executives, with assistance from the editorial team. + Sophisticated presence, with the balance of gravitas and confidentiality required to handle executive interactions Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
